So, who am I? As of today, June 2024, I have been a husband for 24 years, and a father for 17. I have also worked with other fathers for over a decade.

Although I am a licensed clinician in NJ, I’ve come to realize that many men prefer coaching over therapy. And I want to be able to help men on multiple levels. It might be fair to say that psychotherapy may lack a tangible aspect to personal development that may be a critical requirement for most of us men.

I’m very excited to offer coaching to men not struggling with a medical necessity. If you are thinking that you want help with some particular aspect of your life, I want to be there for you. And I truly believe I can help you. I love analyzing human behavior and I know that a lot of people don’t. I want to teach you the tools needed to think through the challenges your are facing. I’ll bring my analytical mind and clinical training and together we can work on achieving the goals you want.

What is a life coach?

As a life coach, I draw on my specialized education, unique life experiences, and targeted training to help my clients identify and work toward key personal development goals. I provide services in both one-on-one and group settings through private practices, individual meetings, site visits, and teleconferencing platforms like Zoom. Through life coaching, my clients may:

  • Boost your self-confidence and self-awareness
  • Build healthier and more reliable decision-making abilities
  • Achieve clarity on personal and professional goals and paths
  • Find new ways to take strong, determined actions toward key objectives
  • Maximize your potential


I guide my clients to these benefits through a variety of specialized approaches, including targeted questioning, visualization exercises, and reframing techniques. I may also use methods borrowed from mental health disciplines like psychotherapy. For instance, I draw on cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) models.

Coaching for Fathers

The transition from a man to an amazing father requires a major transformation. In my clinical practice, I have observed that many fathers are often improvising their approach to parenting. Regrettably, this haphazard method can lead to emotional distress for both you as the father and for your children. Simply loving your children is insufficient if you lack the necessary skills and understanding of effective parenting techniques.

Even in optimal circumstances, the role of a father – without understanding the required transformation – can be extremely challenging. Without the right guidance or support, being an exceptional father may seem like an insurmountable task.

Fathers will work on The 3 Pillars:

  1. What is your relationship with your child’s mother like and how it influences your fatherhood experience.
  2. Uncovering who you are (via an exploration of your childhood) and what your parenting style might be.
  3. Identifying your fatherhood philosophy.

Coaching for Men

Although fathers are indeed men, it is important to recognize that there are significant differences for men without children. Men without children face their own unique set of challenges.

Because you’re watching this video, congratulations. This might be your first step or your tenth step towards improving a part of your life. You might be at a point where you feel your issues are significant enough that traditional self-help resources like books or videos haven’t been sufficient. Whether you are grappling with issues related to low self-esteem, relationships (whether with your partner or parental figures), career, or finances, I am confident in my ability to assist you. To be there for you.

Together, we can pinpoint the main goals for our sessions and strategize on how to achieve your goals. My aim is to provide you with motivation, and guidance, and to hold you accountable for progress. We will work together to determine the duration of our coaching sessions. I strongly believe that for impactful change, a minimum commitment of 3 months is essential for one-on-one coaching. This time frame is crucial in developing the necessary client-coach relationship and mindset required to make significant progress toward your goals.
